Hello!  My name is Nancy Hatcher, and I’m proud to call Northwest Arkansas Home!  I was born in Wisconsin and raised in Southern California, but for the past 37 years my husband, Scott, and I have lived in a beautifully restored circa-1900 Queen Anne Cottage just four blocks from the vibrant Bentonville Square.  Scott’s family has deep roots here dating back to the late 1800s, giving me a strong sense of connection and belonging to this wonderful community.

With more than 37 years of experience in real estate, including both management and sales, I bring knowledge, dedication, and care to every transaction.  I’m proud to be a part of Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette, a company known for exceptional service and results for buyers and sellers alike. 

Outside of real estate, I have a passion for gardening, decorating, and junking –and I absolutely adore animals, especially dogs!  I share my life with two rescue pups:  Thelma, a spirited 6-year-old Anatolian Sheperd, and Otis, a lovable 71/2-year-old Yellow Lab.

Bentonville has blossomed into a wonderfully diverse and vibrant community, offering the amenities of a growing city while still preserving its charming Small-Town feel!  It’s truly a special place to call home.
